This unapologetic Chardy, a flamboyant version, with have your senses on overload. Expect aromas of butterscotch and vanilla, grilled lemons and golden pineapples with oodles of baking spices. It is ripe, tropical and creamy on the palate with toasted coconut, warm spices, lemon curds and creme brulee. Despite it's confectionery character, it's oak is deftly handled.
Partially fermented with wild yeasts and aged sur lie for three months on partially new French oak barrel.
